These Terms govern use of the official Mrs Bharat Universe website, application form, WhatsApp chat widget and related services operated by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MyDream Global.
By using the website, submitting an application, selecting a consent checkbox, starting a chat or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Communication Policy, Refund Policy and Website Disclaimer.
You may apply only if you have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and meet the published programme eligibility requirements. You agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete.
We may request reasonable documents or information to verify identity, age, marital status, nationality, eligibility, payment or other programme requirements. False, misleading, incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent submissions may be rejected or cancelled.
Submission does not require us to accept an applicant, complete review within a fixed time or provide a delegate offer.
The USD $30 charge is an application-processing fee for receiving, recording, administering and reviewing an application. It is separate from any delegate package, hotel, travel, finale or participation fee.
Submitting an application, paying the fee or communicating with our team does not guarantee selection, finalist status, delegate status, a crown, title, award, ranking, media coverage, sponsorship, employment, representation, travel, accommodation or visa approval.
Selection decisions are made by authorised personnel according to the programme's requirements, availability, verification and internal review.
Selected applicants may receive a separate written delegate-package offer with pricing, inclusions, exclusions, deadlines, cancellation provisions and payment terms. Applicants should review that agreement before accepting or paying.
The application fee does not purchase the delegate package. Travel, visa, passport and personal expenses remain the applicant's responsibility unless expressly included in a written agreement.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorised provider. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use and review the displayed amount before confirming.
Please contact us promptly about duplicate, incorrect or unrecognised charges. Nothing prevents you from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights, but knowingly false chargebacks may result in cancellation and submission of relevant records to the payment provider.
The website's WhatsApp chat widget is provided through WATI and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Starting a chat authorises us to reply to the conversation. Selecting the communication-consent checkbox authorises application and event-related messages through email, telephone, SMS and WhatsApp.
You must not use the chat widget to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, infringing, malicious or deceptive content. We may restrict communications or report conduct where reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
Dates, schedules, venues, personnel, format, partner arrangements, programme components and availability may change for operational, safety, legal, venue, production or force-majeure reasons. Material changes affecting selected participants will be communicated using the contact information provided.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, interfere with security, submit fraudulent information, abuse automated submissions, impersonate the organisation, scrape personal information, misuse branding or copy the website for deceptive purposes.
We may block access, cancel submissions, preserve evidence and take appropriate technical or legal action against suspected misuse.
The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and brand materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. No commercial licence is granted by ordinary website use.
You remain responsible for materials you submit and confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide them. Application submission permits internal use for review and administration. Broader publicity use should be governed by a separate media release or participation agreement.
The website may rely on Stripe, HelloLeads, WATI, WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Meta Pixel, YouTube, hosting providers and security services. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent outages, restrictions or decisions outside our reasonable control.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, immediate correction of every error or a particular application outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from non-selection, applicant errors, third-party failures, travel or visa decisions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
