This policy governs email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and website-chat communications for Mrs Bharat Universe, operated by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MyDream Global.

Website WhatsApp Chat Widget

The website includes a WATI-powered WhatsApp Business chat widget. When you click or use it, you choose to open a WhatsApp conversation with the business. We may respond to the enquiry, request clarification, provide support and maintain a conversation record.

Do not send card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents through the widget.

Application Opt-In

The application form includes a required communication-consent checkbox. By selecting it, you authorise application and event-related messages through email, telephone, SMS and WhatsApp. The form identifies the business and describes the types of updates you may receive.

You may also block the WhatsApp business account using WhatsApp controls.

Delivery and Accuracy

Message delivery depends on correct contact information, device availability, carriers, WhatsApp, WATI, email providers and network conditions. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or at all.

Privacy and Providers

Communications may be processed through WATI, the WhatsApp Business Platform, HelloLeads, email providers, SMS providers and telephone carriers. Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the relevant provider's policies.

Consent Records and Changes

We may retain records of consent, opt-out requests, message status and communication history for compliance, support, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date.
