The payment and refund rules for the USD $30 application-processing fee.
The USD $30 payment is an application-processing fee covering receipt, recording, administration and review of a Mrs Bharat Universe application. It is not a delegate package, finale fee, hotel payment, travel payment or purchase of a title.
No refund is ordinarily available because an applicant changes her mind, withdraws, is not selected, does not satisfy eligibility, provides incorrect information, does not respond, cannot attend, cannot obtain travel or visa approval, or declines a later delegate offer.
A refund may be considered only when:

Email info@mrsbharatuniverse.com with the applicant's full name, application email, payment date, amount, Stripe transaction or receipt reference and a clear explanation. Do not email complete card numbers or security codes.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network and the applicant's bank. We cannot guarantee the date on which a bank posts an approved refund.
Any later delegate package, finale programme or additional service will have separate pricing, inclusions and refund or cancellation terms. This policy applies only to the USD $30 application fee unless a later written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy restricts lawful rights concerning genuinely unauthorised or incorrect transactions. Knowingly false or abusive disputes may result in cancellation and submission of relevant application and transaction records to the payment provider.
